Your use of our Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Beer Glass Enthusiast reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they appear on our website.

Secure Shopping
You can safely enter your credit card or debit card number to pay for items on Beer Glass Enthusiast website in the knowledge that your personal details are secure. We use Stripe to process all transactions via their secure servers. All personal information submitted is done so securely with SSL (secure socket layer) 128bit encryption.
Recent versions of most standard browsers support SSL encryption process. Occasionally a firewall or certain parameters of your browser can block SSL connections.
The padlock symbol will appear when you check out your goods this is added reassurance that your details are safe and secure.
Order Transaction
Once you have submitted your order and payment has been authorised you will receive an acknowledgement email and a payment confirmation email.
In the event there is insufficient stock to satisfy your order you will be informed via email as soon as possible and a refund will be made.
Price: All prices charged on this website are quoted in UK pounds. The price you pay for your order is the price which is displayed on the website. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
VAT: All our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

With all card payments, we need: Card number (long number across the middle), expiry date, Issue number (if card has one) and Security code (last three numbers on back of card)
Cancellation by us
a) We reserve the right not to accept any order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- One or more of the items ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website.
- The payment transaction is not authorised.
b) If we do cancel your contract we will notify you and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the contract within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort is made to meet our customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute, question or remedy howsoever arising determined exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales.

This is required when ordering a product from our site, enrolling in our newsletter or applying for promotions and/or competitions. The required information will be your; postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and any relevant payment details if you are ordering an item. Beer Glass Enthusiast requires the above information in order to provide the best possible customer service. Personal information provided by you and any other information relating to you will be held by Beer Glass Enthusiast and may be used for our purposes, including market research, or occasionally shared with other organisations for the prevention of Credit Card fraud.
We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, or email. We may contact you via email to keep you up to date with our latest offers and promotions.
Usage of cookies
When visiting the Beer Glass Enthusiast website, you can navigate at your discretion, without having to put across any information. However, in order for us to provide a better service we may use “cookies” to track your visit.
What are cookies?

This allows the website to remember who you are and in turn, improve its service to you upon re-visiting the webpage. It does not, however, store your personal information.
Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days from placing your order. We will issue refunds and credit your debit/credit card when the cancelled goods arrive with us by return postage. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
To return any items, email us via our contact page ensuring you quote your order number. The items should be returned by an agreed delivery method.
Cancellation: Items Not Required
We endeavour to provide as much information on our products as possible to allow customers to make an informed decision for purchases. If however, you need to return any product, you may do so at any time up to 7 days starting the day after you receive your delivery. We cannot cover return postage costs. Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. You can obtain proof of postage at any post office. This is free of charge.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Contact us via email within 7 days, quoting your order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of incorrect goods and delivery of the correct goods.
Defective or Damaged Goods
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand and should arrive in perfect condition however if for some reason the package has become damaged during transit we will replace or refund your order.
Please see ‘To return a damaged item’ (below).
Please ensure you inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage whatsoever should be noted, and the delivery signed for as damaged. If inspection is not possible please ensure you sign for goods ‘unexamined’ allowing us to lodge claims with our delivery partners. Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
To Return a Damaged Item
To arrange collection, please contact Beer Glass Enthusiast quoting your order number to allow us to find your details efficiently stating clearly why you are not satisfied with the goods. We will arrange an uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange for a refund of the full value of the goods. Beer Glass Enthusiast will incur redelivery postage costs for defective or damaged goods.
We advise you to return goods using special/recorded delivery or equivalent service. You can obtain a proof of posting certificate for free at any post office.
Beer Glass Enthusiast will not be held responsible for any uninsured items lost in transit, please ensure you at least obtain a proof of posting certificate, which are free at any post office.
