Slaapmutske Brewery, based in Melle, Belgium, is renowned for its assortment of passionately crafted beers, striking a balance between traditional brewing techniques and modern innovation to create delightful brews enjoyed both locally and internationally. Slapmutske is flemish for “nightcap” and this small independent brewery is run by Dany De Smet and his wife Marleen.
