La Rulles

Hailed from the outset by the late Michaël Jackson (author of reference books on whisky and beer), Grégory Verhelst has been pursuing his quest for taste, his vision of THE beer, since 2000.
Pioneering and against the tide, the Rulles brewery currently produces around 4,000 hectoliters per year, with a fermentation process in open tanks, showing the spectacle of the yeast and allowing it to express all its magic.
