The recipes of Coast Beers were developed by Nicolas Honorez, who followed a course in artisanal beer brewing. The lessons were given by brewing engineer Hildegard Van Ostaden. The first ‘8410’ was brewed by hand in Hildegard’s microbrewery in Ruiselede. Since then, Coast Beers have been expertly brewed at Brouwerij Anders in Halen, Limburg. 1st choice hops and malts ensure a perfect execution of the recipes.
